Martha's 'Killer' Chocolate Sauce is "Very Thick, Very Dark and Very Good', yet not too sweet. It taste so good you can add it to any dessert or eat it right out of the jar. Our sauce has Heavy Cream and Butter from Clover Stornetta Farms, a local Sustainable, Quality Creamery in Petaluma, California.

At room temperature the Sauce is thick enough to form a Truffle. Form the Truffle using a small ice cream scoop then chill for 20 minutes and roll in cocoa, coconut, finely chopped almonds, pecans, etc.
