'Killer' Chocolate Sauce This is "Very thick, very dark and not too sweet, Martha's 'Killer' Sauce is great served hot on a sundae." At room temperature it is thick enough to form a truffle. That property makes it very useful for variations. Makes Great "Truffles"
when you chill for 20 minutes and use a small ice cream scoop to form
a ball then roll in cocoa, coconut, finely chopped almonds, pecans, etc.
You could also add flavorings to the sauce Rum, Cognac, Bourbon, Grand
Mariner, Creme de Menthe or cacao, Amaretto, etc. For Marmalade: add orange
